Competitors charge ¥100,000–¥350,000 setup because they ship tablets, printers and a salesperson. We ship none of that. Guests use their own phones, the kitchen display is a browser tab, and you set everything up yourself in one sitting. Lower cost, not a lesser product.

- Do guests need to install an app?
- No. The QR code opens a web page in their camera app. Nothing to download, nothing to delete.
- Do I need a tablet or kitchen printer?
- No. The kitchen display runs in any browser — a phone at the pass works. Printer integration is an optional add-on later.
- Can I try before paying?
- The Menu tier is free forever. The Order tier starts with a 14-day free trial; cancel from your billing page any time.
- Is it really in Japanese and English?
- Yes — both languages are first-class for guests and owners. Chinese and Korean packs are on the roadmap.
- Is there a referral programme?
- Yes. Every paid account has a referral link on its Billing page. When a restaurant you referred pays its first invoice, a month of your plan is credited to your next bill. No cap.
- Can I get a subsidy for this?
- Often, yes. The デジタル化・AI導入補助金 reimburses 50–80% of eligible costs including the monthly fee for up to 24 months. It's a separate, slower path (approval first, then payment). See the subsidy page for a calculator and the process.
