| When you pay | Order plan: the first month when the 14-day free trial ends, then every month on the same date. Subsidy bundle: once, after the programme approves the application (交付決定). |

| Cancelling and returns | Cancel any time from the billing page, through Stripe's portal. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing. You keep the plan until the end of the month you've paid for, and we don't charge again. It's a digital service, so there are no returns, and we don't refund part months or unused time except where the law requires it. |
